Sustainability is very important to us and our aim is to offset the environmental impact of our event at every stage in the production chain. This page will be regularly updated with our latest sustainability initiatives, these include:

  • Challenging all contractors to be more sustainable and actively de-selecting companies that are not making efforts in this area
  • Accreditation process for exhibitors based on sustainability
  • Carbon offset for all event associated activities

Our aim is to reduce the environmental impact of our event at every stage in the production chain. We challenge our contractors to be more sustainable and actively de-select companies that are not making efforts in this area. In addition to this, we have introduced a range of initiatives that aim to make it as easy as possible for our visitors and exhibitors to manage the impact of their attendance at the show.

We are always open to new ideas so if there is anything else that you think we should be doing then please contact me at [email protected]

A bit about ecollective

A team of self-confessed carbon geeks, they are committed to helping businesses fight the climate crisis. They do this by making it as simple as possible to measure carbon performance today and providing tools to improve it tomorrow. By finding sustainable solutions that benefit the business, the customer and the planet.

Amy is closely working along side Charlie from ecollective to gather all relevant information needed, to measure and calculate our carbon footprint across all our events and day to day lives. Amy is keen to share information and help the team at Raccoon learn and reduce the environmental impact of our business.
